Courtesy Caller is an automated telephony application that uses your aged receivables
file to call patients when and where they are most likely to be reached. These outbound
calls identify the right parties and politely inform them of their overdue account
balances. Using their telephones, patients can make credit card payments and transmit
other information to help them to resolve their accounts more quickly. Additionally,
if they choose, patients may transfer to your staff to provide updated insurance
information, make payments or otherwise resolve their accounts. The same application
is used for a variety of complementary scripts, such as Pre-registration calls,
Denied Claims Calls, Appointment Confirmations, and Clinical Reminders.
